MANI Arched knives are made from original hard fibre austenite stainless steel, which provides reliable strength on the tip and ensures a thin but solid edge.

MANI has created a patented bevel shape in its knives. By polishing the blade slightly from the back side, the shape provides excellent sharpness, better usability and stability on trajectory.

MANI‘s fine-processing technique has created the crosslapped edge, where the polishing direction is vertical to the edge. This provides excellent sharpness and consistent quality.
